NAD+1000mg x 1Vial + 10ml Injection water (ELIXIR SCIENCE)
Appropriate NAD+ Injection Volume
Two forms of the coenzyme are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). NAD+ supports more than half of all biological processes NAD+ and NADH support. Low NAD+ levels are associated with age-related disability and disease.

NAD+ depletion is detected in major neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disease, and muscle wasting. 2 NAD+ deficiency has been identified in skin, muscle, and brain tissue. NAD+ supplementation can not only improve energy metabolism and insulin sensitivity, but also protect against neurodegeneration and improve cognitive function.
The Research Behind NAD+ Supplements
The NAD+ salvage pathway, which uses NAD+ precursors, is the primary method of NAD+ replenishment. Two forms of water-soluble vitamin B3, nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), are both being investigated as supplements to treat human ailments. Studies suggest that supplementation with either NR or NMN may increase cellular NAD+ levels in a dose-dependent manner. 6-8 A simple search on ClinicalTrials.gov will find over 1,000 clinical trials investigating the role of NAD+ in disease prevention and treatment. Researchers are investigating the many potential health benefits made possible by NAD+ supplements.
“NMN may open up new possibilities for modern therapies.”
NMN shows promise in treating:
• muscle weakness
• heart failure
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Vascular disease
• Age-related cognitive impairment
• Eye disease
• acute kidney injury
• alcoholic liver disease
NMN supplementation dose-dependently improves physical activity, energy expenditure, and neuronal (brain cell) function by increasing NAD+ and SIRT signaling. 11,12 Exercise improves aerobic fitness, cardiovascular health, metabolic health and physical function. Many of these benefits may be related to NAD+/sirtuins. Exercise increases the expression of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT), the rate-limiting enzyme of the NAD+ salvage pathway, as well as her NAD+ levels and sirtuin activity. 13,14 Lamb et al. compared NAD+ levels in middle-aged adults and university students before and after 10 weeks of training. (2020) found that doing resistance exercise:
• Increased strength and local muscle hypertrophy
Greatly increases her NAD+ and NADH concentrations in muscle
• Slightly (but significantly) increased NAMPT protein levels and overall SIRT activity
• Significantly increased levels of citrate synthase activity in muscle suggest that mitochondrial biogenesis has taken place.
In another study, researchers compared the aerobic capacity of middle-aged and young runners who received varying doses of NMN and underwent recreational training. The study included her four groups: This group received oral NMN.
• Low dose group (300 mg/day NMN)
• Medium dose group (600 mg/day NMN)
• High dose group (1200 mg/day NMN)
• and control group (placebo)
This result suggested that NMN dose-dependently increased aerobic capacity in humans during exercise training. This effect is probably due to enhanced oxygen utilization. 15
Results reported from animal studies suggest that a series of NMN injections for 18 days or exercise for 9 weeks have similar benefits in reversing metabolic dysfunction, suggesting that NMN is more effective than exercise on hepatic fat metabolism. showed a strong effect.
How much NAD+ do you inject?
The amount of her NAD+ injected will depend on the specific therapy used and the patient’s individual needs. NAD+ is being investigated as a potential treatment for a variety of conditions, including addiction, depression, and age-related cognitive decline.
Generally, NAD+ is administered by intravenous (IV) infusion, which uses a needle to inject his NAD+ into a vein. Typical doses of NAD+ used in clinical studies range from 200 to 300 mg per day, up to 500-750 mg per weekly injection. 4 weeks, then, at the end of the dosing period, an additional maintenance dose is given the following month for maintenance purposes, and once every 3 months after that.
Can NAD be injected subcutaneously?
A subcutaneous injection, in which a substance is injected just under the skin, is an alternative method of administering NAD. NAD+ subcutaneous injection requires a prescription. The injection is self-administered, similar to an insulin injection. Dosage ranges vary, but a typical single dose is 20 mg to 100 mg NAD+.
The weekly intake is NAD + 40-200mg.
Can NAD+ be IM injected?
NAD IM is an intramuscular injection that you can do yourself.
Inject into the gluteus maximus or deltoid muscle.
Intramuscular (IM) injections, which are injections of substances directly into the muscle, are not a common method of administering NAD+. Limited information is available about the safety and efficacy of intramuscular NAD+ injections. There are 50mg and 100mg doses of NAD IM per day,
It is recommended to have two injections per week for at least two weeks as long as you feel the effects. It is recommended that
Prior to IM injection he will receive NAD + IV to facilitate cell saturation and to easily monitor how well NAD + IV is tolerated.
IM shots are ideally administered between IV infusions to maintain his NAD levels in the body.
Manufacturing method of NAD+ injection
The correct injection solution is prepared by adding 1g of NAD+ lyophilized powder to 10ml of water for injection at 40°C and shaking the bottle for 5 minutes. Since NAD+ is difficult to dissolve, it must be heated to 40°C before mixing with the water for injection. It does not affect the activity of NAD+ mixed with this 40°C Water for Injection.
Add water for injection before use. So please do not inject water for injection when not in use. Freeze-dried powder alone will last longer.
It is also important to note that if the NAD+ solution is to be used intravenously only, it is best to inject it over at least 1 hour per application. Intravenous injections are less painful than intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
Allow the solution to cool completely to room temperature before injecting it. You can store it at room temperature until the product arrives, but we recommend that you store it in the refrigerator immediately after arrival, both before and after dissolving it with water for injection, and use it up as soon as possible after dissolving.
